Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,084 Consular Services in Al Khobar

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 19 September 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 30th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on 16-17 September 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas (Team Leader), Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Jane Abegail G. Nuñez, Ms. Naive L. Mamhot, Mr. Raymund S. Aquino, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, and Mr. Jefferson B. Talam.

The Team was able to process 320 e-Passport applications, 48 Extension of Passport Validity, 16 Report of Birth, 1 Authentication, 300 Notarial services and 5 Travel Documents. The Team was also able to release 394 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 400 clients, of which 291 or 72.75% responded as follows:
