Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
194 Passport Renewal Services in
Riyadh 2nd Industrial City
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 02 October 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its consular outreach services or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for male applicants at the Daawah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City on 01 October 2016.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud (Team Leader), Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao Jr.. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Dawah Islamic Center.
During the EOW, the Team was able to process 194 e-Passport renewal applications.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 194 clients, of which 187 or 96.39% responded as follows:

The next consular mission will be held in Golden Tulip Hotel, Al Khobar on 16-20 October 2016.
