Embassy on Wheels Provides 3,271 Consular Services
in Al Khobar
(RIYADH, 24 October 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh recently visited Al Khobar for its 33rd Embassy on Wheels (EOW) consular outreach mission this year. The mission provided a total of 3,266 consular services to the Filipinos in the Eastern Province on 21 to 22 October 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel Al Khobar.
The nine-member Embassy team, led by Consul Maria Angelica Genotiva, processed 358 passport renewals, processed 4 lost passport applications, 90 passport extensions, 473 notarials, 5 authentications, issued 12 travel documents and 37 reports of birth. The team also released 2,287 new e-passports. It also received 5 other requests for assistance.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission also distributed client feedback forms to 300 clients, of which 278 or 92.6% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be held on Friday to Saturday, 28 to 29 October 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Hail.
