1,085 Passport Renewals in Al-Khobar

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 24 October 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 32nd consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels (EOW)” on 16-20 October 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar.

During the five (5) – day mission, a total of 1,085 passport renewal applications or a daily average of 217 applicants.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 1,056 clients, of which 1,026 or 99.8% responded as follows:
