Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
501 Consular Services in Hail

Passport renewal and notarial applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 30 October 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 34th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Hail on 28-29 October 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Christopher Patrick T. Aro (Team Leader), Mr. Esmayaten C. Macapundag, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Mr. Ramil E. Arana and Mr. Lito M. Relucio.

The Team was able to process 202 e-Passport applications, 5 Extension of Passport Validity, 3 Reports of Birth, 2 Travel Documents and 17 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 272 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 210 clients, of which 154 or 73.33% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 13-17 November 2016 in Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar.
