Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
680 Consular Services in Buraidah

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 13 November 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 35th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah on 11-12 November 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Mr. Allani Acmad, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, and Mr. Raymund S. Aquino. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Buraidah.

The Team was able to process 355 e-Passport applications, 27 Extension of Passport Validity, 10 Report of Birth, and 73 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 215 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 142 or 47.33% responded as follows:
