1,039 Passport Renewals in Al-Khobar

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 20 November 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 36th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels (EOW)” on 13-17 November 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar.

During the five (5) – day mission, a total of 1,039 passport renewal applications or a daily average of 207 applicants.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 1,000 clients, of which 978 or 97.8% responded as follows:
