Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
2,323 Consular Services in Al Khobar
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 21 November 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 37th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on 18-19 November 2016.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas, Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Esmayaten C. Macapundag, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Kristofferson T. Silca and Mr. Acas M. Bayabvao Jr. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Al Khobar.
Notarial applicants during the EOW
The Team was able to process 400 e-Passport applications, 69 Extension of Passport Validity, 30 Report of Birth, 523 Notarial services, 4 Travel Document and 2 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 1,295 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 400 clients, of which 248 or 62% responded as follows:
