Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
124 Passport Renewal Services in
Riyadh 2nd Industrial City

(Riyadh, 27 November 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its consular outreach services or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for male applicants at the Daawah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City on 26 November 2016.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Raymund S. Aquino, Mr. Lito M. Relucio and Mr. Kristofferson T. Silva. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Dawah Islamic Center.

During the EOW, the Team was able to process 124 e-Passport renewal applications.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 124 clients, of which 89 or 71.77% responded as follows:
