Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
810 Consular Services in Jubail

(Riyadh, 04 December 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 39th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Jubail on 02-03 December 2016.    

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado,  Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Ramil E. Arana and Mr. Edgar V. Dizon. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Jubail.

The Team was able to process 364 e-Passport applications, 20 extensions of passport validity, 7 Reports of Birth, 2 Authentications, and 127 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 290 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 500 clients, of which 379 or 75.8% responded as follows:
