Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,593 Consular Services in Al Khobar

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 19 December 2016) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 41st consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar on 16-17 December 2016.    

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Christopher Patrick T. Aro, (Team Leader), Mr. Esmayaten C. Macapundag, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Nora J. Nirza, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Mr. Donald Rodel E. Fermin, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, and Mr. Eujames C. Acopan. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Al Khobar.

The Team was able to process 323 e-Passport applications, 54 Extension of Passport Validity, 24 Report of Birth, 15 Travel Documents, 2 Authentication, and 311 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 864 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 320 clients, of which 214 or 67.5% responded as follows:
