Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
265 Consular Services in Al Jouf

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 15 January 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 1st consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Al Nusl Hotel in Sakaka, Al Jouf on 13-14 January 2017.    

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas (Team Leader), Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan and Ms. Naïve L. Mamhot. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Al Jouf.

The Team was able to process 216 e-Passport applications, 5 Extension of Passport Validity, 2 Report of Birth, and 17 Notarial services. The Team was also able to release 25 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 366 clients, of which 212 or 57.9% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 20-21 January 2017 in Ramada Hotel, Hafr Al Batin.
