Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
3,402 Consular Services in Dammam
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 27 February 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 3rd consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Moon Hotel in Dammam on 24-25 February 2017.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ramil E. Arana and Mr. Acas M. Bayanao, Jr.. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Dammam.
The Team was able to process 593 e-Passport applications, 93 Extension of Passport Validity, 40 Report of Birth, 5 Travel Documents, 515 Notarial Services, 4 Authentication, and 1 RA 9248. The Team was also able to release 2,151 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 320 clients, of which 214 or 67.5% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 17-18 March 2017 in Ramada Hotel, Hafr Al Batin.
