Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
542 Consular Services in Hail

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 26 March 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 5th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Hail on 24-25 March 2017.    

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Gloria Jean C. Zafra, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, and Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.

The Team was able to process 336 e-Passport applications, 13 Extension of Passport Validity, 8 Report of Birth, 19 Notarial Services and 1 Travel Document. The Team was also able to release 165 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 279 or 93% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 27-30 March 2017 in Double Tree Hotel, Dhahran.
