977 Passport Renewals in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 04 April 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 6th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels (EOW)” on 27-30 March 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.

During the four (4) – day mission, a total of 977 passport renewal applications or a daily average of 244 applicants.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 800 clients, of which 790 or 98.75% responded as follows:
