Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,121 Consular Services in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 17 April 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 9th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 14-15 April 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas, (Team Leader), Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa and Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.

The Team was able to process 595 e-Passport applications, 54 Extension of Passport Validity, 12 Report of Birth, 198 Notarial Services, 3 Travel Document, and 2 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 257 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 500 clients, of which 399 or 79.80% responded as follows:
