Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
773 Consular Services in Buraidah

(Riyadh, 16 April 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 8th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah on 07-08 April 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, (Team Leader), Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, and Mr. Eujames C. Acopan. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Buraidah.

The Team was able to process 373 e-Passport applications, 12 Extension of Passport Validity,11 Report of Birth, 154 Notarial Services and 3 Travel Document. The Team was also able to release 220 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 127 or 42.33% responded as follows:
