Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,520 Consular Services in Dhahran

(Riyadh, 04 April 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 7th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 31 March – 01 April 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera, (Team Leader), Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Ms. Faridah M. Bayabao-Altao and Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.

The Team was able to process 390 e-Passport applications, 75 Extension of Passport Validity, 29 Report of Birth, 439 Notarial Services, 63 Travel Document, 3 Authentication and 1 RA 9048. The Team was also able to release 520 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 216 or 72% responded as follows:
