Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends 279 Consular
Services inRiyadh 2nd Industrial City of Riyadh

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 23 April 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) at the 2nd Industrial City in Riyadh on 22 April 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera, (Team Leader), Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Mr. Ernie A. Saadevra, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa, Mr. Ramil E. Arana and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Da’awa Islamic Center.

The Team was able to process 243 e-Passport applications, 3 Extension of Passport Validity, 2 Notarial Services. The Team was also able to release 31 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 250 clients, of which 211 or 84.40% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 28-29 April 2017 in Double Tree Hotel, Dhahran.
