Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,375 Consular Services in Dhahran
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 30 April 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 10th Consular Outreach Mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree in Dharan on 28-29 April 2017.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul General Iric C. Arribas (Team Leader),Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Acas M. Bayabao Jr., Mr. Ernie A. Saavedra and Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa.
The Team was able to process 609 e-Passport applications (14 new applications and 595 renewals), 14 Reports of Birth, 59 passport validity extensions, 2 Travel Documents, 1 Report of Marriage, 1 Petition of Clerical Error, 205 notarials, 2 authentications and 1 visa application. The Team was also able to release 478 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 600 clients, of which 462 or 87.33% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 12-13 May 2017 in Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.
