Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends Consular
Services and Overseas Voting Registration in Dammam

(Riyadh, 09 July 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 13th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 07-08 July 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, (Team Leader), Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ramil E. Arana and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in the Eastern Province.

The Team processed 775 e-Passport applications, 72 Extension of Passport Validity, 23 Reports of Birth, 6 Travel Documents, 479 Notarial Services, 3 Authentication, and 1 RA 9048. The Team also released 1,965 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 700 clients, of which 528 or 75.43% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be held at the 2nd Industrial City, Riyadh on 15 July 2017.

Performed together with the consular services was the Overseas Voting Registration. Four deputized VRM Operators were able to register Six Hundred Six (606) Overseas Voters:
