Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
406 Consular Services in
Riyadh 2^nd Industrial City

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 17 July 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 14th consular outreach services or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for male applicants at the Da’awah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2^nd Industrial City on 15 July 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice-Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Mr. Ernie A. Saavedra, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Da’awah Islamic Center.

During the EOW, the Team was able to process 318 e-Passport renewal applications, 3 extension of passport validity, and 6 notarials. The Team was also able to release 79 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 250 clients, of which 217 or 86.80% responded as follows:

The next consular mission will be held in Double Tree Hotel, Dhahran on 28-29 July 2017.
