Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,918 Consular Services in Dhahran

(Riyadh, 2 August 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 15th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 28-29 July 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ernie A. Saavedra, M. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa and Mr. Acas M. Bayanao, Jr.. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in the Eastern Province.

The Team was able to process 671 e-Passport applications, 57 Extension of Passport Validity, 45 Report of Birth, 3 Travel Documents, 354 Notarial Services, and 4 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 784 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 700 clients, of which 624 or 89.14% responded as follows:
