Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
595 Consular Services in Hail

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 14 August 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 16th consular outreach mission or "Embassy on Wheels" (EOW) in 2017 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Hail on 11-12 August 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, (Team Leader), Mr.Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, and Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in the Hail.

The Team was able to process 425 e-Passport applications, 8 Extension of Passport Validity, 13 Report of Birth, 1 Travel Document, and 35 Notarial Services. The Team was also able to release 113 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 700 clients, of which 624 or 89.14% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 18-19 August 2017 in Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.
