Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,791 Consular Services in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 20 August 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 17th consular outreach mission or "Embassy on Wheels" (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 18-19 August 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr.Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in the Eastern Region.

Notarial applicants during the EOW

 

The Team was able to process 666 e-Passport applications, 59 Extension of Passport Validity, 18 Report of Birth, 4 Travel Document, 1 authentication and 351 notarials. The Team was also able to release 692 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 500 clients, of which 319 or 63.8% responded as follows:
