Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,687 Consular Services in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 10 September 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 18th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 08-09 September 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Christopher Patrick T. Aro, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Ms. Faridah M. Bayabao-Altao and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in the Eastern Region.

Notarial applicants during the EOW

 

The Team was able to process 469 e-Passport applications, 46 Extensions of Passport Validity, 20 Reports of Birth, 4 Authentication and 298 Notarial Services. The Team was also able to release 850 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 250 clients, of which 185 or 74% responded as follows:
