Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends 560 Consular Services in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City

(Riyadh, 17 September 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 19th consular outreach services or "Embassy on Wheels" (EOW) for male applicants at the Da'awah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City on 16 September 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice-Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Ernie A. Saavedra, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Da’awah Islamic Center.

During the EOW, the Team processed 380 e-Passport renewal applications, 5 extension of passport validity, and 3 notarials. The Team also released 172 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350 clients, of which 169 or 48.29% responded as follows:
