Special Embassy on Wheels Processes 906 Passport Renewals in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 24 September 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 20th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels (EOW)” on 18-21 September 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.

During the four (4) – day mission, a total of 906 passport renewal applications or a daily average of 226 applicants were processed.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 850 clients, of which 779 or 91.65% responded as follows:
