Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,010 Consular Services in Jubail
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 24 September 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 21st consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail on 22-23 September 2017.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera, (Team Leader), Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Mr. Ernie S. Saavedra, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa, Mr. Ramil E. Arana. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Jubail.
The Team was able to process 469 e-Passport applications, 46 Extension of Passport Validity, 20 Report of Birth, 4 Authentication and 298 Notarial Services. The Team was also able to release 850 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 228 or 76% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be held on 13-14 October 2017 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah.
