Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
713 Consular Services in Buraidah

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 15 October 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 22st consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah on 13-14 October 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera, (Team Leader), Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, and Mr. Ramil E. Arana. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Buraidah.

The Team was able to process 367 e-Passport applications, 11 Extension of Passport Validity, 12 Report of Birth, 5 Authentication and 161 Notarial Services. The Team was also able to release 152 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350 clients, of which 279 or 79.71% responded as follows:
