Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
2,942 Consular Services in Dhahran
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 29 October 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 24th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 27-28 October 2017.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Fracia R. Ybañez, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in the Eastern Region.
The Team was able to process 404 e-Passport applications, 70 Extension of Passport Validity, 15 Travel Document, 30 Report of Birth, 555 Notarial Services and 5 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 1,868 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350 clients, of which 254 or 72.57% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 10-11 November 2017 in Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail.
