Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
919 Consular Services in Jubail
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 13 November 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 25th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail on 10-11 November 2017.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ramil E. Arana and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Jubail.
The Team processed 331 e-Passport applications, 22 Extension of Passport Validity, 5 Report of Birth, 20 Authentication, 1 RA 9048 and 156 Notarial Services. The Team also released 381 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 269 or 89.67% responded as follows:
