Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
565 Consular Services in
Riyadh 2nd Industrial City
Passport renewal applicants during the EOW
(Riyadh, 20 November 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 26th consular outreach services or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for male applicants at the Da’awah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City on 18 November 2017.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice-Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Ernie A. Saavedra, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa and Mr. Virgilio U. Nazareno. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Da’awah Islamic Center.
During the EOW, the Team was able to process 330 e-Passport renewal applications, 17 extension of passport validity, and 5 notarials. The Team was also able to release 213 new e-Passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 330 clients, of which 180 or 54.54% responded as follows:
