616 Passport Renewals in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 26 November 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 27th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels (EOW)” on 20-23 November 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.

During the four (4) – day mission, a total of 616 passport renewal applications or a daily average of 154 applicants were processed.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 600 clients, of which 516 or 86% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be held in Golden Tulip Hotel in Hail on 08-09 December 2017.
