Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,923 Consular Services in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 26 November 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 28th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 24-25 November 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa, and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in the Eastern Region.

The Team was able to process 365 e-Passport applications, 55 Extension of Passport Validity, 4 Travel Document, 19 Report of Birth, 356 Notarial Services, 8 Authentication and 1 RA 9048 (Correction of Clerical or Typographical Error). The Team was also able to release 1,115 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350 clients, of which 217 or 62% responded as follows:
