703 Passport Renewals in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 19 December 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 30th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels (EOW)” on 11-14 December 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.

During the four (4) – day mission, a total of 703 passport renewal applications or a daily average of 176 applicants were processed

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 650 clients, of which 560 or 86.15% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be held in Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah on 22-23 December 2017.
