Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,713 Consular Services in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 19 December 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 31st consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 15-16 December 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Fracia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa, Mr. Virgilio U. Nazareno and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. They were ably assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in the Eastern Region.

The Team was able to process 352 e-Passport applications, 54 Extension of Passport Validity, 21 Travel Document, 17 Report of Birth, 357 Notarial Services, and 16 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 896 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 352 clients, of which 191 or 54.26% responded as follows:
