“Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in Hafr Al Batin
on 23-24 May 2014 Serves 219 Filipinos

(Riyadh, 29 May 2014) – The “Embassy on Wheels” mobile consular activity in Al-Khobar held on 23-24 May 2014 served a total of 219 Filipinos. The two-day activity was able to serve 204 applicants for passport renewal, and extend 3 passports.

Also processed by the mobile consular team were 1 Report of Birth (ROB), 7 notarial applications, 1 Travel Document issuance. They also released 3 passports.

The next “Embassy on Wheels” is scheduled in Al Khobar on 6-7 June 2104 at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam.

Those who were able to avail themselves of consular services during the EOW accomplished 106 Client Feedback forms, out of 280 forms distributed. The client feedback mechanism is part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service. The following were the results of the survey:
