Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
435 Consular Services in Buraidah

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 21 January 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 2nd consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah on 19-20 January 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao Jr.

The Team was able to process 288 e-Passport applications, 12 Extension of Passport Validity, 3 Report of Birth, 64 Notarial Services and 1 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 67 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 200 clients, of which 162 or 81% responded as follows:
