Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
2,576 Consular Services in Dhahran

(Riyadh, 29 January 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 2nd consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 26-27 January 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Mary Noel L. Rodriguez, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Fracia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms, Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa, Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr, Ms. Faridah M. Bayabao-Altao and Mr. Domado Taib.

The Team was able to process 520 e-Passport applications, 108 Extension of Passport Validity, 8 Travel Document, 32 Report of Birth, 526 Notarial Services, 18 Authentication and 1 RA 9048. The Team was also able to release 1,363 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 500 clients, of which 256 or 51.2% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 03 February 2018 in Da’awah Islamic Center in 2nd Industrial City, Riyadh.
