Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
585 Consular Services in Hail

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 13 February 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 5th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Hail on 09-10 February 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, (Team Leader), Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Ernie A. Saavedra, and Mr. Virgilio U. Nazareno, Jr.

The Team was able to process 281 e-Passport applications, 19 Extension of Passport Validity, 9 Report of Birth, 2 Report of Marriage, 1 Authentication, and 71 Notarial Services. The Team was also able to release 212 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 275 clients, of which 157 or 57.09% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 19-22 February 2018 in Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.
