903 Passport Renewals in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

((Riyadh, 04 March 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 6th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels (EOW)” on 19-22 February 2018 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.

During the four (4) – day mission, a total of 903 passport renewal applications or a daily average of 225 applicants were processed.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 850 clients, of which 767 or 90.23% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be held in Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 23-24 March 2018.
