Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
312 Consular Services in Hafr Al Batin

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 12 March 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 8th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Ramada Hotel in Hafr Al Batin on 02-03 March 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D, Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S. Y. Macud, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, , Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Virgilio U. Nazareno, Jr., and Mr. Ramil E. Arana.

The Team was able to process 237 e-Passport applications, 9 Extension of Passport Validity, 1 Report of Birth, and 26 Notarial Services. The Team was also able to release 39 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 180 clients, of which 114 or 63.33% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 23-24 March 2018 in Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.
