Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
2,292 Consular Services in Dhahran

(Riyadh, 05 March 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 7th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 23-24 February 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms, Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa, Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr, and Ms. Faridah M. Bayabao-Altao.

The Team was able to process 490 e-Passport applications, 122 Extension of Passport Validity, 4 Travel Document, 18 Report of Birth, 585 Notarial Services, and 23 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 1,050 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 450 clients, of which 253 or 56.22% responded as follows:
