Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
603 Consular Services in Jubail

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 19 March 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 9th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Jubail on 09-10 March 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Christopher Patrick T. Aro, (Team Leader), Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. and Mr. Johar Casad.

The Team was able to process 341 e-Passport applications, 32 Extension of Passport Validity, 3 Report of Birth, 198 Notarial Services, 12 Authentications and 2 Travel Documents. The Team was also able to release 165 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 340 clients, of which 94 or 27.65% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 23-24 March 2018 in Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.
