Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
1,935 Consular Services in Dhahran

(Riyadh, 27 March 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 10th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 23-24 March 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez (Team Leader), Mr. Acod L. Mangondato, Jr., Mr. Ernie A. Saavedra, Ms, Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Faisal Richard A. Tamano, Ms. Jane Abegail G. Nuñez, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa, Mr. Virgilio U. Nazareno, Jr., and Mr. Taib Domado.

The Team was able to process 548 e-Passport applications, 90 Extension of Passport Validity, 6 Travel Document, 23 Report of Birth, 480 Notarial Services, and 30 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 758 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 548 clients, of which 166 or 30.29% responded as follows:
