Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
638 Consular Services in
Riyadh 2nd Industrial City

(Riyadh, 10 April 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 11th consular outreach services or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for male applicants at the Da’awah Islamic Center in Riyadh 2nd Industrial City on 07 April 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, Mr. Acod L. Mangondato, Jr., Mr. Ernie A. Saavedra, Mr. Ramil E. Arana, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Mr. Ghazzali Bien L. Gandarosa, Mr. Virgilio U. Nazareno and Acas M. Bayabao, Jr., and Mr. Johar Casad. They were ably assisted by Filipino community from the Da’awah Islamic Center.

During the EOW, the Team was able to process 372 e-Passport renewal applications, 21 extension of passport validity, and 3 notarial. The Team was also able to release 242 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 300 clients, of which 133 or 44.33% responded as follows:
