Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
953 Consular Services in Buraidah

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

 

(Riyadh, 18 April 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 12th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Buraidah on 13-14 April 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Noel L. Rodriguez, (Team Leader), Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Francia R. Ybañez, Ms. Maria Luisa P. Collado, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, and Mr. Donald D. Ocampo.

The Team was able to process 423 e-Passport applications, 21 Extension of Passport Validity, 8 Report of Birth, 133 Notarial Services and 2 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 361 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 200 clients, of which 75 or 37.5% responded as follows:
