1,006 Passport Renewals in Dhahran

Passport renewal applicants during the EOW

(Riyadh, 30 April 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 13th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels (EOW)” on 23-26 April 2018 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran.

During the four (4) – day mission, a total of 1,006 passport renewal applications or a daily average of 251 applicants were processed.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 1,006 clients, of which 713 or 70.87% responded as follows:
