Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
2,682 Consular Services in Dhahran

(Riyadh, 30 April 2018) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 14th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2018 at the Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran on 27-28 April 2018.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Vice Consul Von Ryan S. Ferrera (Team Leader),Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Jose Rico R. Laurel, Ms. Vivian M. Bajarin-Laurel, Mr. Acod L. Mangondato, Mr. Eujames C. Acopan, Ms. Naïve L. Mamhot, Ms. Faheemah K. Ayo-Tomawis, and Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr.

The Team was able to process 587 e-Passport applications, 81 Extension of Passport Validity, 5 Travel Document, 25 Report of Birth, 503 Notarial Services, and 38 Authentication. The Team was also able to release 1,443 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 500 clients, of which 82 or 16.4% responded as follows:
